Step two: Get the katamari quest.
Three: Do the quest, and then swim towards the Maelstrom.
Four: Realize that there is a wall.
Five: Go FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
